We see and realize there are needs in our community and as the Lord leads, we follow His heart. We have plans to turn the upper floor of our building which we want to use for a 6-to-9 month inpatient program for alcohol and drug-addicted women. Too many women are beat up, used, and end up dieing. We feel there is a real need for an inpatient rehabilitation center in our community. We have installed new windows in hte dormers and have completed some exterior work. We have the blueprints drawn up and a program agenda has been designed for it's operation.
The women who attend the rehab center will work 2 to 3 hours per day at the Outreach and Church, learning cleaning skills, professional restaurant/cooking skills, office skills, and work in our popcorn business / popcorn stand. The money they earn while in the program will be provided to them when they complete the program so they can afford to pay a deposit and rent when they move out.
Rose of Sharon Rehabilitation Center

Sharon has had this dream on her heart for twenty years. She plans on living upstairs for the first year, to live closely with the women in the program and pour God's love into the rehabilitation center and the women staying there.
As you can see in the photos, there is a lot of work left to be done upstairs before the rehabilitation center can become a reality.
If you can find it in your heart to help in any way to make this facility a reality, we would be so humbly grateful.
